The call came in around 1:33 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, reporting they had heard shots fired on the campus, said Norwalk Police.
When police responded in force, they found the call was a "false alarm," said Norwalk Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino.
"I don't believe officers could find the caller," she said.
And a search of the campus by officers failed to turn up any signs of shooting or shots being fired, Gulino said.
"It was basically a whole lot of nothing," she added.
No one was injured during the incident.
School officials could not be reached for comment.
